Welcome to our restaurant. My name is Zachary Winghart, and I am a Pittsburgh native who trained at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute not three blocks from our Market Square location. After school I traveled the country, experiencing all types of cuisine. From Fois gras to lobster stuffed flounder, I've had it all, but my favorite meat is a burger. As I am a certified butcher, we grind our chunk roll fresh everyday. So you can be assured you are getting the freshest burger in town. I know you will love it as much as I do.
